The United States Department of Defense will issue a memorial Gold Star Pin / Lapel Button to the immediate family members of any soldier who has given his life in service to our country. Illegible relatives include parents, children and siblings. You can view and print out the simple application by clicking the link below. You will need Adobe Reader which you can download free.
